Corrections, questions, and domains that pretend to be Anchor.

What to send

  • A correction. If a number, a date or a description on this site is wrong, point at it. We fix it and note what changed.
  • A domain that looks like Anchor but is not. Send the address. We compare it against the official release data and publish the result either way, including when a site turns out to be a clean mirror.
  • A question the FAQ does not answer. If the same question arrives more than once, it goes on the page.

What not to send

Never send a private key, a seed phrase or a wallet password. Not to us, not to anyone, in any message. We have no use for them, and if you send them we cannot undo it. A real support request never needs them.

Replies

We read everything. Most messages get an answer within a few days. Reports about a suspicious domain are looked at first.
